Job Favourites

Saving a Job as a Favourite lets you use the Job as a template when creating new Jobs.

Administrators, Supervisors and Clients can save Jobs as Favourites.

Jobs that have been saved as a Favourite appear with a yellow star next to the Job name in Job lists and on Job pages.


Favourites also appear in the  Copy to Favourite drop down list in the Job wizard


Saving a Job as a Favourite from the Job List

Select the tick box next to the Job you want to make a Favourite


Click Select Actions and choose Make Favourite


Saving Favourites from the Job Page

Click on the star next to the Job Name so it turns yellow
