Job Archive

Archiving Jobs is recommended to ensure that the Job List is kept to a manageable size.

Jobs that have been archived will appear in an icon next to the Job name in the Job List.

Archiving from the Job Page

Clicking on the Complete and Archived button on the Job Page will email the Client that the Job is complete and Archive the Job

Archiving from the Job List page

You can Archive from the Job List using the Select Actions function:

Tick the box on the left of the Jobs that you want to Archive

Select Archive in the Select Actions drop down

Restoring Archived Jobs

There are two ways to restore an Archived Job:

By clicking the restore Job button at the bottom of the Job Page.

Or by using the Select Actions function on the Job Archive List:

Tick the box on the left of the Jobs that you want to Archive

Select Restore in the Select Actions drop down.

Re-opening an Completed Job

You can reopen an completed job for editing from the Current Job List. A job must be restored from the archive before completion.

Tick the box on the left of the Jobs that you want to Reopen

Select Reopen in the Select Actions drop down.

Searching for Archived Jobs

You can search for Archived Jobs by using the search bar in the Archived Jobs List:

Use the filters to target your search for an single Archived Job or a range of Archived Jobs.
